How do I calculate baseboard for a room?
Add all wall lengths (the perimeter), subtract the width of each door opening, then add 10% for corners and cuts.
What height baseboard should I use?
A rough guide is 3 to 5 inches for 8 ft ceilings and 5 to 7 inches for 9 ft or higher.
